October started with 80 degree temps and the most unusually warm fall I've ever seen in Wisconsin. So, I wasn't expecting the beginning of November to get so cold so darn fast. Leaves were turning and dropping and a winter chill was in the air. With fall being Cassie's favorite season, we were racing the clock with complicated schedules and a week-long forecast of rain. Thankfully, we were graced with just a few hours where the rain stopped and the bright reds and oranges peaked on the trees. The warm fall colors were glowing! We hurried over to Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary in Green Bay WI to find this breathtaking view. During our time together we laughed, nearly cried (okay it was watering eyes from the cold wind haha), and had such a blast hanging out. We had just met a few days prior but we instantly clicked. I cannot wait for their wedding next fall!
Let's just talk a moment about how adorably and casually trendy these two are. Cassie arrived wearing an ivory V-neck tank paired with a chunky olive green cardigan and medium wash denim jeans. With her hair down and loosely curled, she looked like she stepped right out of an Express ad. Brett was perfectly suave with a nice neutral toned V-neck Calvin Klein sweater and dark denim jeans. I just love when my couples coordinate their outfits so well! It makes all the difference in the final images when their outfits are perfectly cohesive to the environment!
Here are some of my favorites from their uber sweet fall engagement session Thursday. Enjoy. xo
